These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to Vidy AI (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), owned and operated by PixelByte LLC. Vidy AI is an AI video generator that helps users create videos easily. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you acknowledge that you accept the following terms—particularly those concerning limitation of liabilities, indemnity, and breach of these Terms of Use. If you do not understand or accept any of these terms, please discontinue your use of this Site.

• Ownership of Inputs: The intellectual property rights in your Inputs belong to you or the rightful owner of those rights.
• Ownership of Outputs: We do not claim ownership of the Output content generated by Vidy AI. However, if your Input and/or Output incorporates content over which we (PixelByte LLC) have separate intellectual property rights or other legal interests, such underlying rights remain with us.
By using Vidy AI, you understand and agree that for all or part of the information content you input, generate, publish, or disseminate through the Services (collectively, “Information Content”), you grant to us and/or our affiliates a free, worldwide, perpetual license to use such Information Content for the purpose of optimizing and improving the model and the Services. This license is transferable and may be sublicensed.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights or lawful authorizations to provide or upload any Inputs to Vidy AI. You also warrant that these Inputs and/or Outputs do not violate applicable laws and regulations, infringe on any third-party rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, patent, and trademark rights), or otherwise breach any personal or moral rights of others.
You may download information presented on this Site regarding our products and services, provided that:
1. The information may be used for both personal and commercial purposes.
2. No alterations of any kind are made to the information.
3. No additional statements or warranties are made regarding the information or any documents containing said information.
4. No statements or notifications indicating our ownership or other legal rights and interests in the information are removed, in part or in full.
Usage Standards

15. Fraud/Deception: Do not use the Services or any generated assets to deceive or defraud anyone.
Furthermore, you shall not:
• Use spiders, robots, deep-link, page-scrapes, or similar technologies to access, obtain, copy, or monitor any part of this Site or its Content by any means not purposely made available through the Site.
• Illegally access, decode, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to this Site or its networks.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement between you and us, we do not accept any counter-offers to these Terms of Use and expressly reject any such counter-offers.
Our failure to enforce any provision or exercise any right under these Terms of Use shall not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision. No course of conduct between you and us or any third party will modify the provisions of these Terms of Use.
